Yoga

Christina began her journey to yoga after severe struggles with her health as a teenager and young adult led her inward to a deep spiritual longing and calling. Vipassana meditation and other forms of spiritual practice became an important part of her healing journey. Christina began practicing yoga in 1997 and it has been an integral part of her life ever since. In 2004, she completed a Yoga Alliance-approved 200-hour teacher training at the Tallapoosa Center for Inner Arts. Since 2005, she has led yoga classes in a variety of settings.

Christina leads private yoga sessions for groups and individuals.
