Christina offers psychotherapy  for adults and adolescents (ages 12 and up). Her practice of therapy is guided by the belief that people have an innate capacity for healing and growth and can gain access to their own inner resources in order to live more satisfying, joyful lives. She focuses on loving presence and creating a deep sense of safety and connection within the therapeutic relationship so that her clients feel comfortable  and at ease.
