Reconnect with yourself, so you can meet life with more resilience, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
You know what helps, at least in theory. But when you’re anxious, stressed, or just off, it’s hard to reach for those tools in the moment. You might shut down, spiral into overthinking, or feel stuck in overdrive.
You’re not doing it wrong, your nervous system just needs more support through body-based practices.
Regulate & Restore is a small, trauma-informed group designed to help you reconnect with your body, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build a personalized toolkit so you can meet life with more steadiness and self-trust.
Whether you’re navigating chronic stress, high sensitivity, emotional burnout, or just trying to stay grounded in a chaotic world, this group offers:
- A calm, supportive space to slow down and tune in
- Gentle guidance to reconnect with your body and what it’s telling you
- Practical tools for shifting out of stress and returning to center
- Support for bouncing back more easily when life throws you off
- Community with thoughtful people doing deep, meaningful work
- Skills that help you feel more steady, present, and resilient—in real time
This isn’t just about coping, it’s about building a calmer, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Learn to regulate your nervous system, understand trauma responses, and meet life with more clarity and self-trust.
This group is for thoughtful, growth-oriented people who want to feel more in charge of their inner world by understanding their nervous system and developing tools that actually work.

About Christina: Nervous System & Trauma Therapist in Georgia
I’m a mindfulness and body-based psychotherapist specializing in somatic therapy and Polyvagal Theory. I have a deep passion for the healing power of small group work. I’ve seen firsthand how understanding the nervous system, both in my own life and in my clients’, can bring more clarity, compassion, and lasting change.
I love creating safe, supportive group spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other. In this group, we will not only explore tools for self-regulation and emotional resilience, but also gently repattern the nervous system toward a deeper sense of safety, even in connection with others.
Testimonial
I am a “STEM brained” person with limited emotional and psychological training. I have spent my life “winging it” when it comes to coping with stress, both in my job as an engineer and in my personal relationships. I feel like I handled stressful situations and relationships “just fine”, but a close friend suggested that I might benefit from Christina’s Regulate and Restore group.
My friend was right! The sessions helped me become more in tune to my body and better recognize when I am becoming triggered. Christina armed me with tips and techniques to recognize what stresses me and provided me with effective methods to cope with and conquer tension.
Christina did a great job helping me better understand myself, why I get stressed, and how to move up the polyvagal ladder (new term in my vocabulary!) to a happier, healthier state.
The sessions were definitely worth the investment in myself.
D.C., Engineer
