90-Minute Individual Session

Therapy Intensives

For deeper, faster progress

Therapy intensives are extended sessions designed to help you dive deeply into healing, growth, and transformation. They are ideal if you want to address a specific issue more quickly than traditional weekly sessions allow.

Rate

$225 Per Hour

Typical Format

3-5 Hours Per Day For 1-3 Consecutive Days

Why Choose an Intensive?

      • More time for in-depth processing and emotional breakthroughs
      • Equivalent to months of weekly therapy in a shorter timeframe
      • Cost-effective for those ready to make meaningful change now
      • Ideal if your schedule doesn’t allow for weekly sessions or you need focused support

You can book an intensive as a standalone experience or combine it with ongoing therapy.

Insurance & Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. Here’s how I can help:

      • I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
      • In some cases, I may be able to file claims on your behalf.

Before scheduling, it’s a good idea to contact your insurance provider and ask:

      • Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient psychotherapy?
      • What is my deductible, and has it been met?
      • Do you reimburse for CPT code 90837 (60-minute therapy session)?
      • What percentage is reimbursed, and what is the allowable amount?

If using insurance is a key part of your decision-making process, your provider should also be able to give you a list of in-network therapists.

Using an HSA or FSA for Therapy

You can use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy sessions. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars toward qualifying healthcare services, including psychotherapy.

Good Faith Estimate

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of therapy services. This estimate is available upon request.
