60 Minute Individual Therapy
$175 per session
90 Minute Individual Therapy
$265 per session
Intensives are a concentrated block of time, usually three to five hours per day for one to three days, to work on a particular issue. The price of intensives is based on an hourly rate of $200.
Intensives offer time for a deep dive into your healing and growth, away from interruptions, distractions, and the stop/start of classic weekly therapy. They allow time and space for more full and complete processing and unpacking that is often not possible with the time restriction of hourly therapy.
This time together can provide excellent results and help fast-track progress on your therapy journey. Intensives can provide the equivalent of months of weekly therapy.
Intensives are a bigger financial investment up front but you get much more value in a shorter period of time. It’s cost-effective compared to going to weekly therapy for months or years and you don’t have to wait to see results. One three-hour intensive can give you 6-9X more time for transformational inner work than one 50-minute session. It’s perfect for people who are ready for change now.
I offer intensives as a stand alone treatment as well as in combination with regular, hourly sessions.
Insurance for Therapy
I am not in network with insurance panels. However, depending on your plan, you may have some out of network benefits. For your convenience, I can offer you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, or, in some instances, I can file for you. Reimbursement will vary depending on your plan. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company about their out-of-network benefits for outpatient psychotherapy prior to scheduling. Make sure to ask questions like: Do I have a deductible for out-of-network services? Have I met my our-of-network deductible? Do you reimburse CPT billing code 90837 (outpatient psychotherapy)? What is the rate of reimbursement for 90837? What is the allowable amount for reimbursement?
Here is a helpful resource: The Complete Guide to Out-Of-Network Reimbursement.
If finances are a critical part of your decision making in choosing a therapist, your insurance company should be able to provide you a list of in-network therapists.
Health Savings Account or Flex Account for Therapy
You can use a pre-tax Flex or Health Savings Account to pay for therapy.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of all therapy services is available upon request.
