Healing happens when people (and their nervous systems!) feel safe. I know that it can be very vulnerable and take a lot of courage to reach out for support and start therapy. I try to make every step of the process feel as safe and easy as possible. I focus on loving presence and creating a deep sense of safety and connection within the therapeutic relationship so that my clients feel comfortable and at ease, creating an environment for deep healing and transformation.
My practice of therapy is guided by the belief that people have an innate capacity for healing and growth and can gain access to their own inner resources in order to live more satisfying, joyful lives.
