SMALL GROUP OPPORTUNITY: REGULATE AND RESTORE

Reconnect with yourself—so you can meet life with more resilience and self-trust.

You know what helps—at least in theory. But when you’re anxious, stressed, or just off, it’s hard to reach for those tools in the moment. You might shut down, spiral into overthinking, or feel stuck in overdrive.

You’re not doing it wrong—your nervous system just needs more support.

Regulate & Restore is a small group experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build a personalized toolkit so you can meet life with more steadiness and self-trust.

Whether you’re navigating stress, sensitivity, burnout, or just trying to stay grounded in a chaotic world, this group offers:

  • A calm, supportive space to slow down and tune in
  • Gentle guidance to reconnect with your body and what it’s telling you
  • Practical tools for shifting out of stress and returning to center
  • Support for bouncing back more easily when life throws you off
  • Community with thoughtful people doing deep, meaningful work
  • Skills that help you feel more steady, present, and resilient—in real time

This isn’t just about coping—it’s about building a calmer, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Learn to understand what your body is telling you, shift out of old stress patterns, and meet life with more clarity and self-trust.

This group is for thoughtful, growth-oriented people who want to feel more in charge of their inner world—by understanding their nervous system and developing tools that actually work.

What We’ll Cover Each Week:

Each week includes education, exercises, and reflection to help you truly absorb and apply what you’re learning.

Session 1: Understand Your Body’s Stress Patterns

Understand what’s happening in your nervous system—so you can work with your body, not against it.

  • Learn the foundations of Polyvagal Theory in order to better support your self-care and regulation
  • Map how each nervous system state feels in your body so that you can recognize more quickly when you need support
  • Practice noticing subtle shifts in state—and learn what those shifts are trying to tell you

Session 2: Find What Throws You Off—and What Brings You Back

Get curious about what pulls you off center—and what helps you come home to yourself.

  • Identify what tends to overwhelm or dysregulate you (triggers)
  • Discover your unique “glimmers”—those micro-moments of safety, ease, and connection
  • Connect and reflect with others to deepen insight and self-awareness

Session 3: Develop Coping Skills that Actually Work (When You Need Them Most)

Start collecting tools that actually work—for the real moments when you need them.
  • Explore body-based, sensory, and relational regulation strategies
  • Create a personalized list of coping tools for each nervous system state
  • Practice and refine new skills with supportive feedback

Session 4: Integrate, Reflect, and Move Forward with Confidence

Bring it all together—so your growth doesn’t end when the group does.

  • Integration practices to continue your growth
  • Celebrate and reflect on what’s changed and shifted over the past weeks
  • Identify which tools are supporting you most in daily life
  • Make a plan for ongoing nervous system care and integration

About Christina:

I’m a mindfulness and body-based psychotherapist with a deep passion for Polyvagal Theory and the healing power of small group work. I’ve seen firsthand how understanding the nervous system—both in my own life and in my clients’—can bring more clarity, compassion, and lasting change.

I love creating safe, supportive group spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other. In this group, we will not only explore tools for self-regulation, but also gently repattern the nervous system toward a deeper sense of safety, even in connection with others.
