Radiant Heart Counseling and Wellness for Body, Mind, and Spirit is a private counseling practice in Carrollton, Georgia, offering a variety of therapeutic services to help you make positive changes in a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to assist you in creating a more meaningful, satisfying, and joyful life.Whether you want to discover and connect more with your true self, create more joy and ease in your life, get support during a challenging situation, transform limiting beliefs, get relief from symptoms of depression or anxiety, or heal wounds from the past that are keeping you from moving forward, we look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

A Healing Group Forming Now In Carrollton GA

Would you like to:

  • Love and accept your body as it is?
  • Feel more comfortable in your own skin?
  • Treat your body with greater kindness, care, and nourishment?
  • Address limiting beliefs and patterns that keep you from taking optimal care of your body?
  • Connect more fully with your own authentic wisdom and power?

In a safe, supportive setting, this six-week group integrates mindfulness, guided meditations, experiential exercises, Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping), group discussion, and gentle movement exercises and yoga, so that we can become more comfortable in our bodies, more fully experience all of life, connect with our authentic power, and feel more present and alive in the world.

Meets Mondays 6:30-8:00 PM

Commitment to series of six sessions is required for registration.

Connections Group
Forming in July 2013

Meets Fridays 12:00-1:30 PM

$20/Session or $200 for series if paid in full by first session.

In this 11-week group we will explore the following themes in a safe, supportive setting:

  • Practical skills for living with more joy, freedom, and authenticity
  • Improving your sense of self-worth and self-acceptance
  • Accepting and embracing yourself as you are
  • Forming more satisfying and genuine connections with others

If you want to transform feelings of shame and unworthiness and feel a greater sense of love, belonging, and joy, this group may be for you.
